This guide walks you through every step of ordering a bundle from TShapes. By the end, you’ll know how to pick the right pack, upload artwork, check out, and get your gear fast.
1. Pick the Right Bundle for Your Team
Head over to the Shop page and filter by “Bundles.” You’ll see several options, each built for a different situation:

- Self-Employed Workwear Pack – small starter kit for solo trades or micro businesses.
- Winter Warmer Bundle – mid-range set with jackets and beanies.

Click through and read the product description. Each page lists item quantities, fabric specs, and what type of decoration (print or embroidery) is included in the base price. 2. Select Sizes and Colours in the Product Builder
Once you land on a bundle page, you’ll see a simple form where you can:
- Choose garment colours.
- Enter size breakdowns for each employee.
- Decide whether you want print, embroidery, or a mix.
The live price table updates as you add numbers, so you always know what you’re spending. Need odd sizes or extra tops for new starters? Add them right there—no need for a phone call.
3. Upload Your Logo or Artwork
Scroll to the “Artwork” section and click “Upload.” Accepted formats include PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI. For the crispest finish, we recommend:
- High-resolution PNG with a transparent background.
- Vector PDF or AI if you have it.
If your file needs tweaks, we’ll email a revised proof within one business day. You can also attach extra notes—placement, colour tweaks, or special requests.

4. Review Your Basket
Happy with sizes and artwork? Hit “Add to Basket.” You’ll jump to the cart where you can:
- Double-check quantities.
- Apply a coupon if you have one.
- Estimate shipping costs by entering your postcode.
If you spot an error, click “Edit” under the bundle name. The page takes you back to the builder without wiping your settings, saving you time.
5. Secure Checkout in Minutes
Click “Proceed to Checkout.” On the checkout page you’ll enter billing details, choose delivery speed, and pick a payment method—Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.
Tip: Create a My Account login before you pay. That stores your artwork and size lists for future orders, so reordering next season takes less than five minutes.
6. Proof Approval and Production
Within 24 hours you’ll receive a digital proof. Check colours, positioning, and spelling:
- If all looks good, click “Approve.”
- If you need a tweak, reply with clear changes.
Your approval kicks off production. Turnaround on bundles is usually seven working days after proof sign-off, but you’ll see the exact dispatch date in your confirmation email.
7. Delivery and Tracking
We ship with tracked couriers. You’ll get a tracking link once the parcel leaves our workshop. Standard delivery is free on orders over £150.
Need gear in a rush? Choose “Express” at checkout. We’ll bump your order to the front of the line and use a next-day service once printing is done.
8. After-Care Tips
Your logo will last longer if you follow these simple rules:
- Wash at 30 °C.
- Turn garments inside out.
- Avoid tumble drying where possible.
- Iron inside out on low heat, steering clear of the print or embroidery.
